It is used for sterilization of cream, jam and other small quatity products.
This sterilization tank is with dimple jacket in order to pass hot water, steam or cooling water to heat or cool product in tank. It is set on a plateform.
Fittings: ancher agitator with 2 speed. 35 rpm and 70 rpm. with insulating layer, inlet and outlet with bottom valve, teperature meter or sensor, steam controlled by manual or digital.
